Overture's "search term suggestion tool" gives too many misleading suggestions and not enough depth of choice for the keywords to use on your website. This keyword research tool (WordTracker) will give you the precise information you need in picking your industry keywords.

Document Association to Search Terms Used

Google says:
Now here is another really strange statement coming from this search engine giant. Google now says they might be scoring web pages based on "determining whether a web page (now these are web pages that have already been showing up in the search results for a given search term) is actually associated with the search terms" the visitor used.

My intepretation:
Now this one strikes me a kind of funny. I always thought, as did most people, that Google actually already tried to make sure that the web

page in the results was associated with the search terms that were used by the visitor. What they are doing is admitting to the fact that they did not actually put much weight on the content of a web page before as they relied heavily on extrenal factors like anchor text. As we discussed earlier, the query "more evil than Satan” returned Microsoft's home page. Even though I personally agree that this was a relevant result to the search term, I am sure that on Microsoft’s home page they neither discussed “evil” or “Satan.”
